Welcome To Mrs. Sully's Kindergarten/First Grade Class
I am a Kindergarten teacher at Silver Valley. This is my 11th year at the Valley. I have taught for over 18 years in public and private schools. I have worked with grades K-10 and have also taught EC as well. My training is in both K-6, Birth-K and all areas of EC. I also hold certification for AIG (gifted and talented K-12). I attended Guilford College and Western Carolina University and Old Dominion University. I have tutored students for 10 years outside of teaching. Children's love for learning is my mission and passion.
Teaching is a true gift in my life! It is a rare gift! I thank you in advance for allowing me the privilege of being a part of your child's learning and growth journey this school year. With your nightly support in sight words, reading, writing, and math, your child will and hflorish and have a love for learning that will last a lifetime. Learning truly comes to life in Mrs. Sully's Shining Star Kindergarten Class! I am very excited to have your child in our classroom family this year at Silver Valley!
